Heat Shrinkable Cable Terminations

Gala offers unsurpassed technical superiority for perfect Termination of most modern PVC/PILC/XLPE/EPR Low & Medium Voltage Power Cable up to 66kV Class. We provide CLASS 1 Terminations to Electrical Industries. Our Cable Terminations are made considerably tamper proof from environmental factors as the entire length between the wire termination point and contact is safely encapsulated with this protective product.

Screened Separable Connectors

Gala's Screened Separable Connectors are designed to connect single and three-core polymeric cables to Medium Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, RMU (Ring Main Units) and other equipment using bushings type “C” specified for 630A up to 36kV. It is made from highly modify EPDM rubber and it is protected by touch-proof outer conductive screened connected to earth.

Overhead Line Cover - Polyolefin

Gala's Overhead Line Cover is a Medium Voltage Wrap Around Overhead Line Cover that provides retrofit insulation for overhead conductors to help prevent electrical outages caused by trees or wildlife coming into the contact with distribution lines. It is manufactured from high-quality UV resistant Polyolefin material. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals.

Gala's Overhead Line Tube is a Medium Voltage Line Cover that provides insulation for overhead conductors to help prevent electrical outages caused by trees or wildlife coming into the contact with distribution lines. It is manufactured from high-quality UV resistant Polyolefin material.

Overhead Line Cover - Silicone - Inter-locking

Gala's Silicon Interlocking Overhead Line Covers are made from high quality non-tracking silicon rubber that are designed for field installation over bare conductors. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals. The GSIOC provides electrical insulation, UV resistance and tracking resistance. It provides Insulation up to 33 kV.

Overhead Line Cover - Silicone - Self-locking

Gala Silicon Overhead Line Covers are made from high-quality non-tracking silicon rubber that are designed for field installation over bare conductors. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals. The GSOC provides electrical insulation, UV resistance and tracking resistance. Provides Insulation Enhancement up to 765 kV.

High Voltage Wraparound Creepage Extenders

Gala's Creepage extenders have been used to prevent pollution flashover on insulators. The extenders are sealed to porcelain or glass insulators, driving the high leakage currents found in polluted areas around the edge of the extender's skirts. Each extender adds creepage to the insulator's existing creepage distance, reducing the electric stress. It also improves insulator or bushing performance by changing the overall shape to a stunned shed profile.

Bus/Bushing Connection Insulating Covers (Reusable)

Gala's Bus Connection Insulating covers are designed to protect energized conductors or busbar from flashovers due to contact from birds, squirrels and other wildlife. GPFIC parts are made from a UV stable, high performance material to ensure years of reliable service. Heat Shrink Pole Protection Sleeve

Gala's Heat Shrink Busbar Sleeve is heat shrinkable sleeve designed to insulate busbar systems up to 66KV and also to protect against accidental flash-over. It helps to reduces the air clearance. The sleeves are manufactured from high-quality cross-linked polyolefin material. Meets ANSI C37.20.2 standards for MV switchgear application up to 66 kV.

Heat Shrink Wrap Around Sleeve

Gala's Heat Shrink Wrap Around Sleeves coated with black mastic is used for the sealing and corrosion protection of pipeline joints and other substrates. This Sleeve protects against a range of challenges, including corrosion, extreme temperatures, mechanical damage and more.

Gala's Heat Shrink Cable Repair Sleeve is manufactured from high-quality cross-linked Polyolefin material. It is folded around the Cable/Wire, tapped up with a Heat resistant tape and then heat shrunk.

Heat Shrink Medium/Heavy Wall Tubes

Bushing Boot

Gala's Bushing Boot is used for Insulation & protection of Cable Terminating to Bushing up to 24 KV. It protects against flashovers or surges induced in Switchgear & Transformer boxes.

Heat Shrink Right Angle / Straight Boot

Gala's Angleboots are Heat Shrink Right Angle / Straight Boots provide insulation to the bushings in the cable termination box, where the clearance between phase to phase and phase to earth is less then the normal air clearance. These boots provide protection against flashover in the event of high humidity, rodent menace and surge impulse.

Heat Shrink Pole Cap

Gala's Pole Cap is Heat Shrink Cap, used to cover the top of the Wooden Power Pole & to protect it from ingress of water / moisture, thereby increasing Pole life. These Caps are manufactured from high-quality cross inked polyolefin material.
