Heat Shrinkable Cable Terminations

Gala offers unsurpassed technical superiority for perfect Termination of most modern PVC/PILC/XLPE/EPR Low & Medium Voltage Power Cable up to 66kV Class. We provide CLASS 1 Terminations to Electrical Industries. Our Cable Terminations are made considerably tamper proof from environmental factors as the entire length between the wire termination point and contact is safely encapsulated with this protective product.

Screened Separable Connectors

Gala's Screened Separable Connectors are designed to connect single and three-core polymeric cables to Medium Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, RMU (Ring Main Units) and other equipment using bushings type “C” specified for 630A up to 36kV. It is made from highly modify EPDM rubber and it is protected by touch-proof outer conductive screened connected to earth.

Overhead Line Cover - Polyolefin

Gala's Overhead Line Cover is a Medium Voltage Wrap Around Overhead Line Cover that provides retrofit insulation for overhead conductors to help prevent electrical outages caused by trees or wildlife coming into the contact with distribution lines. It is manufactured from high-quality UV resistant Polyolefin material. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals.

Overhead Line Tube - Polyolefin

Gala's Overhead Line Tube is a Medium Voltage Line Cover that provides insulation for overhead conductors to help prevent electrical outages caused by trees or wildlife coming into the contact with distribution lines. It is manufactured from high-quality UV resistant Polyolefin material.

Overhead Line Cover - Silicone - Inter-locking

Gala's Silicon Interlocking Overhead Line Covers are made from high quality non-tracking silicon rubber that are designed for field installation over bare conductors. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals. The GSIOC provides electrical insulation, UV resistance and tracking resistance. It provides Insulation up to 33 kV.

Overhead Line Cover - Silicone - Self-locking

Gala Silicon Overhead Line Covers are made from high-quality non-tracking silicon rubber that are designed for field installation over bare conductors. These covers provide a layer of electrical insulation for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protection from bird and animals. The GSOC provides electrical insulation, UV resistance and tracking resistance. Provides Insulation Enhancement up to 765 kV.

High Voltage Wraparound Creepage Extenders

Gala's Creepage extenders have been used to prevent pollution flashover on insulators. The extenders are sealed to porcelain or glass insulators, driving the high leakage currents found in polluted areas around the edge of the extender's skirts. Each extender adds creepage to the insulator's existing creepage distance, reducing the electric stress. It also improves insulator or bushing performance by changing the overall shape to a stunned shed profile.

Bus/Bushing Connection Insulating Covers (Reusable)

Gala's Bus Connection Insulating covers are designed to protect energized conductors or busbar from flashovers due to contact from birds, squirrels and other wildlife. GPFIC parts are made from a UV stable, high performance material to ensure years of reliable service. A variety of different shapes and sizes are available to cover Busbar connections, Bus Standoff Insulators, Capacitors, Transformer Bushings, etc.

Heat Shrink Pole Protection Sleeve

Gala's Heat Shrink Busbar Sleeve is heat shrinkable sleeve designed to insulate busbar systems up to 66KV and also to protect against accidental flash-over. It helps to reduces the air clearance. The sleeves are manufactured from high-quality cross-linked polyolefin material. Meets ANSI C37.20.2 standards for MV switchgear application up to 66 kV.

Gala's Heat Shrink Busbar Sleeve is heat shrinkable sleeve designed to insulate busbar systems up to 66KV and also to protect against accidental flash-over. It helps to reduces the air clearance.

Gala's Heat Shrink Tape is used for Insulation & protection of medium voltage busbar connections, where tubing cannot be used.

Terminal Protector

Gala's Terminal Protector is an unique insulating system for providing phase to phase to earth insulation to power cable terminals where these terminations need to be installed in very compact areas like Motor Terminal Boxes, Ring Main Units, Distribution Transformers etc.

Heat Shrink Wrap Around Sleeve

Gala's Heat Shrink Wrap Around Sleeves coated with black mastic is used for the sealing and corrosion protection of pipeline joints and other substrates. This Sleeve protects against a range of challenges, including corrosion, extreme temperatures, mechanical damage and more.

Heat Shrink Cable Repair Sleeve

Gala's Heat Shrink Cable Repair Sleeve is manufactured from high-quality cross-linked Polyolefin material. It is folded around the Cable/Wire, tapped up with a Heat resistant tape and then heat shrunk.

Gala's Heat Shrink Low Voltage Cable Breakouts provides a strong and permanent environmental seal to the crutch of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 core PVC, XLPE Rubber and PILC cables upto 3.3 KV rated voltage. The Breakouts are Manufactured form high quality cross-linked polyolefin material that offer an exceptional insulation and long term service reliability.

Cold Shrink Breakout

Gala Cold Shrink Breakout are factory expanded and assembled onto a removable core. It provides sealing protection or multi core cable crutch. The insulating cable breakout is made of high quality EPDM Rubber which does not contain chloride or sulfur. It covers wide range of cable sizes.

Heat Shrink Cable End Caps

Gala's Heat Shrink Cable End Caps are designed to provide Mechanical protection and environmental seal to Power cable ends.The caps are manufactured from high quality cross linked polyolefin material. It provides a temper proof sealing to cable ends to avoid claims due to cable pilferage.

Cold Shrink End Cap

Cold Shrink End Cap is used to seal the ends of all types of Cables & protect from ingress of water / moisture. The caps are manufactured from high quality EPDM Rubber compatible with most commonly used Cable Jackets i.e. XLPE, PVC, PILC or Rubber Sheathed Cable.

Heat Shrink Live End Caps

Gala's Heat Shrink Live End Caps are used to seal the ends of the Live cables.

Heat Shrink Medium/Heavy Wall Tubes

Gala's Medium wall and Heavy wall black tubing are used for environmental and mechanical protection of low voltage and medium voltage Cable Joints and insulating the connectors for low voltage straight through joints/splice rated up to 3.3KV. These tubes are manufactured from high-quality cross-inked polyolefin material.

Cold Shrink Tubing

Gala Cold Shrink Tube are open ended, tubular rubber sleeves that are factory expanded and assembled onto a removable core. The core is removed after the tube has been position for installation over and inline connection, terminal lug etc.

Bushing Boot

Gala's Bushing Boot is used for Insulation & protection of Cable Terminating to Bushing up to 24 KV. It protects against flashovers or surges induced in Switchgear & Transformer boxes.

Heat Shrink Right Angle / Straight Boot

Gala's Angleboots are Heat Shrink Right Angle / Straight Boots provide insulation to the bushings in the cable termination box, where the clearance between phase to phase and phase to earth is less then the normal air clearance. These boots provide protection against flashover in the event of high humidity, rodent menace and surge impulse.

Heat Shrink Pole Cap

Gala's Pole Cap is Heat Shrink Cap, used to cover the top of the Wooden Power Pole & to protect it from ingress of water / moisture, thereby increasing Pole life. These Caps are manufactured from high-quality cross inked polyolefin material.
